The cost for standard shipping is a flat rate of $8.75. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible! Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. 

Standard shipping typically arrives 2-8 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays). There may be delays due to weather, holidays, and USPS delays that are beyond our control. 

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder or contact us at leigh@encouragethought.org. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. Any orders returned as undeliverable will be reshipped at an additional cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
